Unique, manufacturing anomaly. Reflective sheeting on road signs are engineered so that light reflects most at 0 or 90 degrees, meaning the "strips" you see should run either horizontally or vertically. On this one it runs diagonally along the left edge. Reference images of a normal yield sign are included to show the difference. These images are marked as reference and are not the item for sale.
This is an authentic retired road sign, made of heavy-duty aluminum and sourced directly from municipal surplus. Previously in service, it may show natural wear such as scratches, dents, fading, weathering, discoloration, etc. It makes a great addition to garages, man caves, workshops, bar/rec areas, game rooms, or as a unique conversation piece for collectors or enthusiasts.
