All Yeti products sourced directly from Yeti and/or Yeti authorized dealers, ensuring that every item we offer is authentic. We do not sell factory seconds, damaged, or flawed items unless a flaw is realized after the fact.
On the rare occasion that we spot any imperfections or minor flaws in a product before listing, we will clearly highlight and describe them in the product details. Please note that some tags may show slight wear from handling or storage. While the items are new, the bottoms of mugs, cups, or bottles, whether stainless steel or DuraCoat, may exhibit normal shelf wear such as scuffs. If any wear is more noticeable, we will include a photo for full transparency.
All Yeti products receive a final inspection prior to shipping, are carefully wrapped in bubble and shipped in a box.
