GUARANTEE
We guarantee our parts are good at the time of
installation. We cannot warranty against use, abuse, negligence, or damage that
occurs during or after installation.
PAYMENT
Payment is required at purchase. Unpaid items
are automatically cancelled after 4 days.
We only accept payment through eBay's secure payment system.
You can use PayPal or a credit/debit card with eBay for secure processing.
We leave positive feedback as soon as payment is received.
SHIPPING
We ship to eBay provided address only. We are
not able to modify the shipping address once an order has been placed.
Most items ship with USPS first-class or priority depending on weight. Larger
items ship with UPS or FedEx.
Large, bulky, or heavy items will need a physical address instead of P.O. Box.
If a physical address is not available, we will attempt to contact the buyer
for a physical address.
If a physical address is not obtainable, we reserve the right to cancel the
transaction if the USPS shipping cost exceeds the UPS or FedEx cost.
Tracking is automatically uploaded to eBay as soon as we ship.
Overnight shipping is available Monday - Thursday. UPS does not deliver
overnight shipping on Saturdays.
If you need it overnight, please send an eBay message and we can add that as an
option.
HANDLING
We reserve Three business days for handling. Our
goal is to ship most items within one business day Monday - Friday. We do not
offer local pickup for any orders.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days from delivery
date. After 30 days sales are considered final. Buyer is responsible for return
shipping.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We are happy to accept a return for a full refund if we made a mistake or the
item is not as described.

ELECTRONICS
ALL SALES FINAL. Due to the nature of electronics,
we can NOT honor a return for any reason.
We test all electronics before sale, once they
leave our warehouse, we cannot verify they are in usable condition.
This includes but not limited to ECUs, ECMs, CDIs,
control boxes, speedometers, wire harnesses & more.
DISCLAIMER
By purchasing the buyer agrees and does hereby
release from all liability and to indemnify and hold harmless Barber's Powersports
Depot, any of its employees, agents, or trade partners.
This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including
death) and property loss or damages occasioned by, or in connection with the
parts purchased from the above seller.
WEAR ITEMS
We cannot speculate the amount of life is
remaining, if any, on wear & tear items such as: bearings, ball joints,
bushings, tie rod ends, seals, brake pads, gaskets, pistons, rings, clutch
plates and cables.
These items should be inspected and replaced
before use. We make every effort to note any deficiency.
