All our titanium parts are produced in a modern, state-of-the-art facility under strict quality control conditions, and we use only the finest quality Grade 5 aerospace specification 6Al-4V Ti alloy. The result is a range of products that offer exceptional performance and value for money.

We offer nuts and bolts in standard metric sizes and various head styles, including hex flange, tapered, Torx, and countersunk. In addition, we have our own range of bike-specific fasteners for all popular European and Japanese marques.

Orders received before 3.30 pm, Monday-Friday, are shipped the same day. Orders received on weekends or bank holidays are shipped the next working day.

UK Orders

All prices include VAT (sales tax).

Most items are shipped free of charge. Some items carry a £0.99 shipping charge, which is waived if the buyer orders two or more items (or another item from a different RSR Moto listing).

UK orders are shipped using the Royal Mail 48 service. 95% of items are delivered within 2-3 working days. If your order is time-sensitive, we offer options for Royal Mail 24 Tracked and Royal Mail Special Delivery at additional cost.

Replacements/refunds for undelivered UK items will only be issued after ten working days have elapsed from the due date of delivery.

International Orders

Prices are shown without VAT (sales tax)

International orders are usually shipped by Royal Mail. Larger and more valuable orders are shipped by courier, e.g. UPS or DHL. All international parcels are insured and fully trackable.

International parcels sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 5 - 7 working days of despatch. Items sent by courier usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days.

EU customers: eBay collects sales tax (VAT) on orders up to 150 Euro at the point of sale. eBay does not collect tax on orders over 150 Euro; the courier collects it before delivery. Any import duty payable in addition to sales tax is the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-EU customers: Taxes and import duties are collected by the courier before delivery. 

Please note: Taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility. Under no circumstances will these be reimbursed by RSR Moto.

Replacements/refunds for undelivered international items will only be issued after 21 working days have elapsed from the due date of delivery.

Returns Accepted

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please get in touch with us through eBay messages to begin the return process.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. They should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that any tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item, the item arrived damaged or faulty). If you are returning an item due to our error, please get in touch with us to arrange for a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Process

We will initiate the refund process once we receive the returned item and verify its condition. Refunds will be issued directly to your eBay account.

RSR Moto Titanium warrants that its titanium products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to determine the suitability of the product(s) purchased. Our listings provide information on the material properties of our products to enable customers to make an informed decision. 

Exclusions
This warranty does not include damage or defects resulting from:

1. Improper installation, misuse, or neglect
2. Unauthorised repair or modification
3. Normal wear and tear
4. Accidental or intentional damage
5. Use of the product outside of its intended purpose

Limitations

1. RSR Moto Titanium shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
2. The warranty provided herein is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by RSR Moto Titanium and supersedes any other warranty, whether written or oral, expressed or implied.
3. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Governing Law
This warranty policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
