We Always ship the order on the next day when you place the order !
- To minimize weekend delays, we dispatch orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
- For Safety : we will hold your order if the weather is snowing , Very Cold Or very Hot .We will message customers what day is good to ship !
- THE LIGHTING I USE MIGHT BE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR AQUARIUM SO COLORS MIGHT BE LIGHTER OR DARKER DEPEND ON LIGHTING YOU USED.
- Fish might likely arrive lacking color due to stress from shipping colors will be back to original when the fish settle down. Depending on the water condition, the time to recover is around 1 day to a few weeks. The marble gene maybe change color and marking during a short period of time.
We understand delivery delays can happen that are outside of our control. In the unfortunate event of a delay that impacts the fish, we will refund 50% of the fish value.
All packages ship with a heat pad, label “LIVE FISH” and double or triple bag. We package and ship orders with great care to arrive safely.
We do ship to HAWAII and ALASKA. For Hawaii, please send us an inspection permit when you place an order. If you do not have a permit, don’t place an order.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico. Any orders from Puerto Rico, automatically cancel.

- No refunds or re-shipments are provided if policies are not accepted. Placing an order implies your acknowledgment and acceptance of our policies.
- Familiarize yourself with our DOA and other policies before making a purchase. (Shipping fees are non-refundable.)
- Adhere to the guidelines for our guarantee. If a fish arrives deceased, submit a photo of the unopened bag within one hour. If Photo not send in 1 Hour , We will not Refund or re-ship with any Reason , An opened bag voids the guarantee.
Please verify the condition of the fish before opening the bag they were shipped in. We cannot accept any complaints about the quality or health of the fish after they have been released into a new tank environment. Any claims made after opening the shipping bag will be
considered invalid.
For instance, if your package arrives at 8:00 AM, submit photos before 9:00 AM for a valid claim. If Photo not send in 1 Hour , We will not Refund or re-ship with any Reason , submissions will not be considered for refund or re-shipment.
- Strictly adhere to our policies to safeguard our fish and our business. We employ next-day delivery for the well-being of the fish.
- We are not responsible for tank conditions, temperature adjustments, or other factors beyond our control. All sales are final; returns are not accepted.

- Shipping fees are not included in replacement fish orders; the buyer covers 100% of the shipping for replacements. Refund will not including Shipping Fee !
