Driving Directions:

From Knoxville: Travel east on I-40 approximately 20 miles to Gatlinburg/Sevierville/Pigeon Forge exit #407. From Asheville, travel west on I-40 approximately 90 miles to Gatlinburg/Sevierville/Pigeon Forge exit #407. Once you get off exit #407, follow HWY 66/441 S through Sevierville. Turn left on Collier Drive. Once on Collier Drive, you will go approximately one mile and you will see the entrance to Wyndham Smoky Mountains on your right.

Resort Policies:

·         Check-in is anytime after 4:00 p.m. EST. Check-in is located in the Recreation Center, which is the first building on your right.

·         Check-out is anytime before 10:00 a.m. EST.

·         For your convenience, the Guest Services office is open 24 hours per day.

·         A picture ID or two forms of identification will be required to check in.

·         A $100 security deposit will be required at the time of check-in. Credits cards or check only, cash is not accepted.

·         Parking at this resort is limited to two (2) spaces per unit. Campers/RV’s, boats and any trailers are not acceptable due to space limitations.

·         This resort is 100% smoke-free in all of its units or buildings. Smoking may be permitted in designated areas on the property. Not complying with this policy may result in the assessment of a substantial fee. Thank you for your cooperation with this policy.

CLUB WYNDHAM® Plus Policies:

·         Minimum Check-In Age for the CLUB WYNDHAM^® Plus Program: The Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID.

·         A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit will be required upon check-in.

·         The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same type and occupancy as confirmed with the confirmation.

·         A Guest Confirmation is required for any unit that the owner of record, will not be personally occupying.  If guest arrives without a Guest Confirmation, a Guest Confirmation fee will be collected prior to having access to the unit.

·         VIP benefits are exclusively for our VIP members and will only apply if the VIP member is traveling with their guest.

·         Late Arrivals:  Please notify the resort of your late arrival and check-in no later than 48 hours after your scheduled arrival date.  Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without notification.
