These are reproductions of blasting caps from ww2 era. Atlas, Dupont, and Hercules were the 3 explosives companies contracted to produce blasting caps during that time period for the US Army Corps of Engineers. The wire is old style cloth covered wire, similar to what was used in the originals.
The last photo is of the originals that these are patterned after.
