Here is a WW 2 Auxiliary Police Civil Defense helmet, leggings, belt and whistle from Franklin County N.Y. The helmet has some paint coming off and the front decal is torn. The leggings are marked "U.S. Hood Rubber Co. 1942" The leggings are size medium. The whistle is marked "Field Champion. Made in U.S.A.".
