The Winegard Gateway has been designed for use only with the Winegard Air 360 Plus system and will not operate as a
standalone accessory. The Air 360 Plus is compatible for RVs with a roof-radius of 230" flat and a 7" max. roof thickness.
If needed, cable extensions can be purchased through Winegard.

This item is not for self-installation. Item must be taken to an authorized RV dealership and a diagnostic test must be ran by a certified RV technician. If there is a problem, we will need the phone number and name of the RV dealership and technician that replaced, repaired and installed the item for us to honor a replacement. We will only replace the item for the exact part that you purchased.
