| Cosmetic Condition |
| The floor scrubber is in fairly good cosmetic condition, but has some wear from use in an education environment. Please see the photos for more detail. The scrubber has a working battery installed. However, the listing does not include a charger. No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship. |
| Testing |
| We tested the scrubber by plugging it in and powering it on after charging the battery (charger not included). The scrubber powers on and drives without issues while standing on it. It had no issues raising or lowering the deck. The brush motor and vacuum motor are both functional. The sprayer works with cleaning solution or water in the solution tank. The scrubber had no issues vacuuming up solution from the floor surface during testing. The battery installed is used, but is in good working condition. The drain hose on the dirty water tank does need to be replaced. The only issue we noticed with the machine was the runtime hours meter. It is not functioning, leaving us unable to determine how many hours of service the machine has. This is the full extent of the testing performed. The scrubber is in working condition. |

| If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (this includes new and sealed items). Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. |
| Shipping |
This item will require freight shipping or local pick up at our facility in Christiansburg VA 24073. We will add $55 for palletizing the item. This fee includes strapping the item to a skid, wrapping with stretch wrap, cardboard, and bubble wrap when needed. Please send us a message answering the following questions to get a freight shipping quote: 1) What is the shipping destination zip code? 2) Is the shipping destination a business, a church, a school or a residence? 3) Do you have a dock or a forklift?
