ITS A 50’s WFL MARCHING SNARE DRUM SHELL
IT HAS IT originally lugs except for one (see picture)
The butt plate is a WFL ALONG WITH THE THROW
SWITCH WHICH IS MISSING A TURN NOB
THE DRUM IS A Mahogany shell
This drum shell measures 12 by 15
