Condition: For Parts - Does Not Work Properly
Postal scale turns on and still provides accurate measurements, BUT there are times it has a mind of its own. During these episodes, the scale’s readings have a tendency to rapidly fluctuate.
It may also shows signs of previous use such as scratches/scuffs. The manual also shows signs of previous use and/or storage such as folded corners and denting.
