RETURN POLICY:
The returned part MUST NOT BE INSTALLED OR CONNECTED & returned in its ORIGINAL NEW, UNUSED CONDITION & in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Once the part is installed (or wires & plugs are connected) and it's determined that a different part is causing the issue with your appliance, you can return the part, but up to a 50% restocking charge will be applied. The reason is that it would now be considered a used part and we wouldn't be able to resell it as new. We only sell new OEM parts. However, if the part is proven to be defective, we will give a full refund or replace it at no charge (up to 1 year). If the return is no fault of Just Above Wholesale Shoppe, we will deduct the return label shipping charge from the amount to be refunded. Customers should be absolutely sure they're ordering the correct part to fix the problem.
