Item is BRAND NEW, NEVER USED.
Bottom part of blender got a little damaged in the mail. Some lining around the switches broke off. I don’t have all the pieces but I have 3 big ones, so you can glue it back on if you want to.
It isn’t something that is noticeable unless you are looking for it. See pics #12-16 For the damage & the pieces that came off.
I plugged blender in to verify it’s fine. Works like new
