Most equipment will be shipped out on a pallet with packaging and strapped. We need to know if you need a liftgate for delivery or if you have a dock or way of unloading. A charge of $75 is included to the shipping when you require Liftgate Delivery service.

Payment Note: We expect payment within 72 hours of the purchase through eBay so that we can ship out within 2-3 business days of confirmed funds.

·         We do not ship out to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. We do not ship to Military base.

·         The driver will not deliver the equipment inside your premise, except if Inside delivery request is required and this comes with additional charges with shipping quotes.

Please inspect equipment/goods you receive. YOU MUST INSPECT THE SHIPMENT BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT! Notify us of any damage during delivery or immediately after delivery.

When you receive the item and sign for it, you own it. Therefore, it is imperative that you carefully inspect your shipment for any damage.

If there is any damage at all you must note the damage on the freight bill. This is the only way damage can be addressed by Freight/shipping company!!

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Per eBay policy, you have within 14 days to contact us about a return. If you are not happy with your purchase and we are unable to make things right, then we will accept a return under these specific conditions.

·         If returns are necessary, buyer will be required to pay all return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee on returns other than Item not as Described.

·         The buyer can refuse to accept the shipment, if they believe item is "NOT AS DESCRIBED" or damaged in shipping. We cannot accept returns, after the item is accepted, taken off the pallet or installed.

·         Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

·         Refunds will be issued once the item is received back, in the same condition, with no damages while the buyer has possession, to include accidents or improper installation.
