FAB vintage / Mid Century desk set - scissors and letter opener in a lovely wood stand that has brushed silvertone metal accents. Unsure of the type of wood....maybe mahogany!?! The metal on the stand may be a brushed aluminum.... The scissors and letter opener are both marked Italy. The scissors have a name above Italy, but I'm having trouble deciphering what it says. The other side of the scissors says Hot Drop Forged Steel. The scissors and letter opener both have some light spotting from age. Nice condition on the holder. Just a few very faint tiny spots on the metal... Measures 10.5" long with the scissors and opener inserted and is 1.75" in width. The scissors and letter opener each measure 9.5" in length.
