I am not certain of the type of plastic, but am certain it is vintage.
Comes with original puff. Empty powder well, appears to never have been used. The lipstick tube is also empty and appears to not have been used.
Hand strap and cute tassel.
Compact measures 4 3/4" x 2 1/2". The strap has a 6" drop and the tassel adds another 4".
