Brand new in packaging. Package has some paint over spray on it, you can see in one pic it clears off. Racks are under the plastic. Might has one spot on the 1/2" rack near handle that has some light rust. I can't really tell being packaged but there's some orange tint there. Could be along the edges of the 1/2 & 1/4 also. See pics. Everything else appears nice.
