This came from a Liberty 312 power wheelchair. We bought the chair new years ago for my grandmother, but she never learned how to use it, so we kept it in storage
Now we're selling it in parts because it's too heavy to ship complete. I don't know if it needs programming in a new chair, it's being sold as is. If you have any questions, please send a message and I'll be happy to answer.
