The People's Rifle - for the V.G.1 late war rifle.  This manual is the only one I've seen for the late war Volksgewehr.  It was originally a very small 4.25" wide by 3" high, with very small text.  It has been reformatted to allow larger text, and is now 5.5" wide by 4.25" high.  The original page formatting has been kept..  12 pages, 4 illustrations, soft cover.
