1 . We suggest you message us before claiming a return, so we can review your request. 4. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, opened, is missing parts, or is in unsaleable condition, that is not in condition to re-stock due to customer tampering may result in the customer being rejected on refund request.
5. Any return must come with it factory plastic wrap, seals.
6. Refunds will not be made for unauthorized items.
7. If an item is received with factory sealed conditions, you will partially refund for the return, the fees that we paid for the shipping will be deducted from refund.
8. Returned products must be UNOPENED. No credit will be issued for incomplete products. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, opened, is missing parts, or is in unsaleable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer due to the condition of the product and maybe being subject to offer only a partial refund or rejected refund.
