This Vintage., Rare Condition, WW2 Utica Kutmaster 7" fixed blade fighting knife is a rare and collectible piece from the 1940s. Made with carbon steel and featuring an encapsulated tang, this ambidextrous knife has a brown leather stacked spacer  handle and a clip point blade measuring 7 inches. The overall length of this knife is just about 12 inches long. This WW2 Fighting knife also came in a 6" version. The blade has a blood groove, is shiny , smooth and seems to retain its factory edge. The blade is thick, (3/16"), sturdy and has somewhat similar specs to the WW2 M3 fighting knife. The knife, steel hand guard and pommel are tight with no movement. The knife comes with a genuine leather sheath, adding to its authenticity and functionality as a combat, fighting weapon. The sheath is in very nice shape with fairly worn keeper strap but still very much intact. This original piece was manufactured by Utica Cutlery , Utica , N.Y. USA., making it a valuable addition to any collection of vintage knives. This knife is from my WW2 collection and is probably my favorite WW2 fighting knife. If your looking for a Very Nice WW2, 7 inch, Utica Kutmaster fighting knife -this is a Very Nice Example!
