Vintage WIN Alloy Quill Style Road Stem
Up for sale is a nice 1970's vintage WIN road quill stem. Alloy construction with 75 mm length for 25.4mm diameter bars. Quill diameter measures 22.1mm for standard 22.2mm I.D. steerer tube.
