Vintage Unique Ruffled Rim Ribbon Detail Vase Signd Luteri Floral Design

Vintage beautiful vase with ruffled top and bow,alsoa very unique texture on the lower edge, with blue pink purple flowers with green leaves trailing around signed luteri on the bottom, an Italian  ceramic ruffled rim and ribbon detail. Really caught my eye.
