Vintage Tower Double Lock Handcuffs Antique Police ? Antique Rare

Please read before you purchase up for your consideration is a set of antique police handcuffs not quite sure how old there is no key. I guess these would be called double lock. They overall looked like they’re in great shape. There is no markings that I see. please look at pictures and p.m. with questions if you collect anti-can cuff this is worth your attention
