This is a cool RED BAND Scripto Vu branded wind guard advertising cigarette lighter with image of "The Bowler". (NICE DOUBLE-SIDED GRAPHICS) This rare lighter retains most all of its bright colors with normal wear from age (see pics). The tank is CLEAR on one side and quite FOGGY on the other with some minor scratches (see pics). This unique piece appears to have been fired. Hinge and cap are night and tight. Item measures 2 3/4 x 1 1/2 inches Displays quite nicely. >^.^<
