1977 over the counter accessory frame. First year this style. Has the nice reinforcement welds at high stress joints. No provision for kickstand. Painted with acrylic urethane and clear coating over new decals. Nice set of vintage skyways with Bendix 76 rear hub. 1980 phantom original paint Chainguard. Chrome bars schwinn seat super nice.
