Overall helmet is in very good condition. It does have some scratches and marks as pictured, but most could be polished out with some polishing compound. The insides are in very good shape with the foam not deteriorating as many older helmets do. This was my girl friends helmet when we road back in the late 70's. Stored inside in a smoke free home. Does have a HD decal which could easily removed should you wish. Not marked with size but she did and does wear a small.
