Used parking meters from Maricopa County, Arizona. These meters were last used as a fundraising method for local homeless, so tags attached to the meters say "Donations Only". The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approved the plan in February 2016, and the bright yellow meters were set up shortly after on the south side of Madison Street between Fourth and Fifth avenues.
