This is a Vintage 1970's Red Bohemian Crystal Bell with a Gold Leaf Grapevine.  It was made in Czechoslovakia.  It has 2 small chips on the rim and some scratches from use and storage.  

With packaging, the shipping weight is between 8 and 9 ounces.
