Vintage Paul Frank License Plate Holder

Circa 2003 from Paul Frank Industries is this Julius the Monkey plastic license plate frame. You are getting the frame NOT in packaging as this is my last one. It was only used for photos, not sure where the packaging is. I included photos w/ the packaging so you can see how it originally came.
