Vintage Pan American Oboe Good Condition

Oboe is in good condition, and I presume that it can be easily fixed to a better condition, although I cannot promise that it can play (as I can’t play it myself). There are locks on the front of the case that are unlocked, but there is no key (it can close and fasten but cannot be locked). Corks and pads are thin and could be replaced, but unsure if any are completely missing. Oboe is made of wood and appears to be intentionally open ring on some of the keys as well.
