The N-10KL level with a direct image of the telescope, a compensator and a horizontal limb belongs to technical levels. Designed to determine elevations between points on the earth's surface, can be used to measure horizontal angles.
The level contains an optical-mechanical compensator in a converging beam of rays. A rectangular prism suspended on a ball-bearing suspension serves as a sensitive element of the compensator. The level has a frictional mechanism for horizontal aiming of the telescope by hand. The lead screw of the pipe is missing.
Produced by the industry, approximately from 1977 to 1988.
