Vintage Men’s Red Striped Silk Robe by Gimbel Brothers with Red Fringe Belt

Vintage Men’s Red Striped Silk Robe by Gimbel Brothers with Fringe/ Tasseled Belt.  

I’m assuming this is silk because it feels like silk.  No care in content tags, but it is lined in between the exterior & interior layers of silk with what I assume is cotton based in the lining of the one side pocket.  It’s lined & has a light coral colored piping. 

I would say this was in good to fair condition as it has many stains & wear to the piping.  

I’d say this were a men’s  small. Measures approx 20” W from pit to pit x 47” L; sleeves are 24” L.
