🌈This is an amazing opportunity to own a unique piece of American advertising history. This statue was produced by a company from California called Setmakers. McDonald’s had contracted Setmakers to produce all of their whimsical restaurant decor. This Setmakers statue is in 100% original condition. The colors are vibrant and the finish is glossy. I would consider this statue as great condition. It measures at about 9 inches wide. When the burger is on the green metal post the gap between the floor and bottom of the burger is about 12 inches. The burger slides on and off the post very easy. It’s the biggest burger statue that Mcdonalds ever displayed. The bottom of the statue has the Setmakers stamp. This statue has sat in storage since the 1980’s. It’s been handled with love and care. This piece originally belonged to a franchise owner. Throughout his historic career, he owned a total of 14 McDonald’s franchises. These locations were throughout the Midwest. As his business grew so did his collecting obsession. He was constantly buying items from Setmakers for future upgrades to his playgrounds. Eventually he finished with an incredible treasure trove of McDonalds playground items. His final large purchase from Setmakers occurred at the official Setmakers auction in Chicago. In which the President of Setmakers Duane Ament was in attendance.
