This is a very rare soda flange sign advertising MAVIS CHOCOLATE DRINK. It dates to the late 40's or early 50s. "Real Chocolate Flavor" it says.....as opposed to fake Chocolate Flavor I assume?! :-) It measures approx. 13" X 10" and is in very nice shape. Has the sign maker "American Art Works Inc. Coshocton, O" at the lower right on one side. Guaranteed to be old and original. It has an embossed 40s bottle on it that looks fabulous. This sign still has great lustre and shine to it. Has a lil bit of missing paint and/or possible paint touchup on one side. A very good looking and serviceable vintage flange sign . Has a few nicks and dings here and there....but nothing too significant to speak of. A killer antique soda item that you ought not miss. Both sides are nice but its obvious that one side is a lil nicer than the other. Check the pictures for the best description. This item has not been cleaned and should clean up some to help it look even better....but we'll leave that to the new owner.
