Vintage Malina Hook-A-Rug kit, floral beauty, please read

This is still sealed in the original box. The box shows wear including dirt trapped underneath the plastic and it is misshapen. The biggest potential issue is that there is a hole in the back and it appears that the orange yarn has come loose so I cannot confirm if it has enough to complete.
