This is a Vintage Lufkin Foldable Wooden/Brass ruler # 731. It measures 6" Long... 1" Wide... 3/8" Thick when folded, but extends to 24" in Length.
It opens and closes with ease, folds tight, and all the pins are intact and not bent or loose.
