This marvelous pair of antique Krusius Brothers grape shears are created in gorgeous sterling silver with the grape, grape leaf and vine motif in three dimensions. These lovely shears are made in Germany and were popular in Victorian times, as they were used to clip a bunch of grapes from large bowls that were displayed for guests. These beautiful shears have "Sterling" stamped on the handle and Krusius, Germany is barely legible but authentic on the blade hub. The Krusius Brothers began production in 1886 in Solingen, Germany. Measurements for this fabulous creation are: Length from top to bottom= 7 inches, Width at widest on the handle= 2 3/4 inches. These gorgeous shears have been well cared for, and are in used antique condition. They are the perfect addition to your silver collection, when serving guests grapes or as a wedding or engagement gift!
