Yesarang Hanbok is a traditional hanbok atelier founded in 1969 in Dongdaemun Market. It later moved through Sungin-dong and is now based in Inui-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul. Passed down through three generations, the brand is known for crafting custom hanboks using carefully selected materials and precise tailoring techniques that reflect each customer's body and preferences. Their offerings include wedding attire for brides and grooms, parents’ hanbok, doljanchi (first birthday) outfits, and more—blending timeless Korean elegance with a refined aesthetic.

 Product Description

This vintage hanbok is a refined piece created by Yesarang Hanbok. Both the jeogori (jacket) and the chima (skirt) are adorned with intricate embroidery using gold and colored threads—rare hand embroidery that is now difficult to find due to the decline of traditional artisans. The matching embroidery on both the jeogori and chima highlights careful workmanship and attention to detail. The soft, slightly muted mauve-toned silk adds to the garment’s elegant and graceful appearance. This hanbok was custom-made about 20 years ago, worn only once as a wedding guest, and has since been professionally dry cleaned. The collar (dongjeong) was newly replaced, so it's ready to wear.
