These were in the bottom of a toolbox. I don’t ever remember using them. Looks like all the clips are there but can’t be sure. A little paint loss to pliers as shown. Made in Japan. Package in nice shape except a small tear that holds the clips and there is a small tear in bag that holds the clips.
