Bar sign has some surface scuffs and scratches from age. Comes with sides. They can be removed to replace bulbs. Use 25 watt bulbs when replacing. Tested and works. Comes with bulbs. Some minor rust on hinges but nothing major. Has been stored in a smoke free and clean environment.
