This is a really nice 1930s or 1940s tin advertising spinner type toy that has an eagle-shaped propeller and when you push it up, it flies off. It is missing the small little tin tube that you hold on to to push up the propeller. It measures 8.5" long and the propeller is 2.5" in diameter. It reads "Save at IGA Stores." Very nice condition with some scratches on the back side of the eagle. Made by Lou Fox, Chicago.
