We are pleased to offer this lot of 2 Gilchrist No. 31 ice cream scoops. These are from the 1920's to the 1940's and are made of nickel over brass with wooden handles. One scoop has about a 1 3/4" bowl and one has about a 2 3/8" diameter bowl, and are marked as sizes 10 and 20, respectively. In addition to ice cream, these are wonderful for cookie making.
These ice creams scoop are in good vintage to antique condition. The wood handles are bare wood. There is a bit of oxidation on the the thumb lever or one and some scratches and wear; these are nickel over silver and you can see some age related wear. Still work very well.
