Clock works, I plugged it in for 3 hours and it kept time. The dial used to set the clock works. Made of plastic. Clock has wear, scratches, scuffs, marks, and minor residue all around. Has some minor paint chipping on the front. The face looks to be slightly yellowed. The back has some writing and several stains.
