Up for sale is a vintage 1970s General Electric GE AC/Battery Portable 8 Track Tape Player. The player features a heavy-duty webbed carrying strap, auto-advance and volume/tone dials.

This is being sold as FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING. I do not have an 8 track tape and am unable to test the unit. There is no power button in order to test the most basic functions. There is a sticker on the wide that indicates this was a factory refurbished unit as it didn't work upon purchase. There are scratches underneath the 8 track door and the prongs in the battery compartment are rusted.
