Vintage Mid-century GARDNER FELTS Tooth Stool Chair from Dentist Office Plastic.
In good used condition, with some normal wear.
Approximately 16" Tall.
This was used in a Dentist Office in Toledo Ohio that went out of business. It is believed to have been at this Dentist Office since at least the 1970's.
On the bottom it says:
GARDNER FELTS CHARLOTTE N.C. DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT FILED, PATENT PEND.
Made of very heavy gage plastic. Very durable.
