VINTAGE FIRST AID KIT, POLICE DEPT., MILITARY?

This most likely came out of a old police station because of the markings on the cover lid "PD OF H" which I think means Police Dept. of some city or a slim chance it is a military kit. I will ship USPS ground advantage, what you see is what you get.
