Measures 3 5/8" tall by 3 3/4" wide.
The eagle is perched on a small sphere. There is a furniture type screw mounted in the bottom of the sphere.
I'm not sure the metal this is made of. It is a dull gold finish, but the spots where it is worn have an aluminum color appearance. It is not attracted to a magnet.
