This is a vintage tea strainer and drip tray-stand. The bowl of the tea strainer is enamel. The metal on the bottom of the tea strainer and drip tray are both marked Made in England and EPNS.

The tea strainer measures about 6 1/2" from tip to tip and the drip tray is 3 1/4" in diameter.

It is in very good condition with some tarnish.
